Hooker and Romano must protect the Academy from a recruit named Turner, a Vietnam vet who has a personal vendetta against cops. Hooker and Romano don fatigues to ambush him. Will they succeed? Will Romano survive to take new recruit Nichols (played by Melody Anderson, better known as Dale Arden in the '80s remake of Flash Gordon) out on a date?
