MORE ABOUT OUR COLLECTIBLES EXPERT

Stacy Sheridan, TJ-Hooker.com's collectibles expert, admits she wasn't always a Hooker collector, but when the bug hit her, it was like a ton of bricks: "I was watching old tapes I had recorded and decided that I wanted to find memorabilia on the show."

Sheridan says that she first realized she was addicted to Hooker when she got in trouble during high school. "I was 16 and got put on restriction for something - and my parents knew how to get to me. They told me I couldn't watch 'T.J. Hooker' anymore. One of my friends had a car and drove me to Target after school the next day where I bought a B&W portable TV so I could still watch it!" This was in 1989 and the movie 'Rainman' had just come out. "Everyone knows the scene where Dustin Hoffman walks around with his portable TV repeating 'Whopner at five, Whopner at five'-my friend said the only difference with me was that it was 'Hooker at five, Hooker at five!'"

In December 1996, Sheridan almost met actor James Darren (a.k.a. Officer Corrigan) at a Memorabilia Toy Convention, but unfortunately he didn't show that day. Then in March 1997, Sheridan's former "Trekkie" supervisor went to a Star Trek Convention where actor Richard Herd (a.k.a. Captain Dennis Sheridan) was signing autographs. The Trekkie got her an autographed cast picture from Herd!

T.J. HOOKER COLLECTIBLES!

When it comes to T.J. Hooker, finding officially-licensed collectible items can be more difficult than it was for Hooker to find the killer of his old partner Johnny Durrell. Not only is it difficult to find the items that were produced, but the fact that such a small variety of objets d'art were ever made (when compared to that other Shatner tv show) makes it all the more difficult to find the items you really want, other than settling for the few morsels that occasionally appear on eBay.

Fortunately, we here at TJ-Hooker.com have been able to obtain a comprehensive list of collectibles available from the world's foremost T.J. Hooker collector, our own Staff member Stacy Sheridan. We hope you enjoy rummaging through her list of items, and that you find it useful in your own search for T.J. Hooker-related paraphernalia.
